What this website collects
Nothing you type, because there is nothing to type into. This site has no forms, no accounts, and no comment fields. It sets no cookies and runs no advertising or tracking scripts.
Standard server logs. The site is served by Cloudflare, whose infrastructure processes technical data inherent to serving any website: IP addresses, request times, and pages requested. We use this only in aggregate, if at all, to keep the site working.
Email you send us
If you email [email protected], we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write. We use it to respond to you and for no other purpose. We do not add you to marketing lists, and we do not sell or share your information with anyone, except where the law requires it.
Where data lives
This website is hosted on Cloudflare's global network. Email to our domain is delivered through our email provider. If we begin a client engagement, how we handle your organization's data is governed by the engagement contract, not this policy, and residency requirements are treated as a design input.
Your rights and how to reach us
Under PIPEDA you may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. For this website, the honest answer will usually be that we hold nothing beyond any email you sent us, which we will delete on request.
